Sion

W Damage: 40-140 + 10-14% Target HP → 40-140 + 14% Target HP

Smolder

Q Damage: 15-55 → 20-60

Teemo

Passive: Removed 0.25s of variance in stealth timing (~0.125s faster stealth)

Zed

Q Damage: 70-210 → 80-220
E Refund: 2s → 3s

Champion Nerfs

This patch is also bringing some necessary nerfs to tone down a few overly strong champions. R-W Damage: 60-210 + 30% AP → 55-190 + 30% AP + 50% AD
R-E Damage: 80-260 + 45% AP + 40% AD → 70-250 + 40 AP + 70% AD

Rumble

Q Damage: 125-185 + 6-10% Target HP → 80-180 + 6-10% Target HP

Minion Mod: 55-75% → 70%

Minion execute improved

Tristana

Base Stats:

  • Base Mana: 250 → 350

Q Mana: 0 → 50

W Mana: 60 → 50

Zyra

Plant Damage: 16-84 + 1 AP → 15-75 + 20% AP

Monster Bonus: 60-100 → 50-100

Adjustments & System Nerfs

  • Q Mana cost during W: Unchanged

W Range: 1200u (+7.5 per Stardust) → 1500-1900u (+7.5 per Stardust)

E Changes:

  • E Mana Cost: 80-100 → 80
  • E Slow: Non-Champions are slowed to 0 MS → Lane Minions and Jungle Monsters are slowed to 0 MS

R Changes:

  • R Falling Star Damage: 150-350 (+65% AP) → 150-350 (+75% AP)
  • R The Skies Descend Multiplier: Unchanged (125% of Falling Star Damage)
  • R The Skies Descend Shockwave Multiplier: 100% of Falling Star Damage → 90% of Falling Star Damage

Hecarim

Base Stats:

  • HP Growth: 99 → 106

W Changes:

  • W Duration: 5s → 4s
  • W Healing: 20% → 25%
  • W Cooldown: 16-14 → 14

E Cooldown: 18 → 20-16

Irelia

P AS: 7/13.5/20% at 1/7/13 → 7-25% linearly from 1-18

AD/lvl: 4 → 3.5

R CDR for Q: 0.5/1.5/2.5 → 0.5/1/1.5

Milio

P Damage: 15% Ally AD, then 15-50 (+20% AP) as a DoT → 7/11/15% Ally AD (Levels 1/6/9), then 10-50 (Levels 1-18) (+20% AP) as a DoT

Q Changes:

  • Q Cooldown: 12 → 10
  • Q Range: 1000u → 1200u
  • (NEW) Q Mana Refund: Hitting at least one enemy champion with Super Mega Fire Kick refunds 50% of its mana cost

W Changes:

  • W Recast Range: 700u → 3000u
  • W Move Speed: Cozy Campfire is slower when following targets that are more than 2500u from Milio

E Shield: 60/90/120/150/180 (30% AP) → 45/75/105/135/165 (+45% AP)

System Nerfs

Absorb Life Heal

2-20 linear → 1-23 scaling

Nerfed levels: 1-12

Buffed levels: 13-18

Warmog

Passive HP Threshold: 1300 → 1500
